Join us online via ZOOM for our signature class. Strong, dynamic flow, integrating deep long holds, core conditioning and a vigilant attention to the breath. Mixed level (challenging). After you register you will receive a link to login.

Cancelation Policy

Note: There is a 24-hour cancelation policy for all in-person classes and we do not offer refunds. Members will be billed a $30 drop-in fee if cancelation is made outside the cancelation window.
