Mellow Monday Forrest Flow

This class is designed for those who prefer a slower paced class. It includes all the Forrest Yoga standbys: deep breathing, core work, sun salutations and long held poses but the pace is sloooow and the vibe is mellow. This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.

The "Feel Good in Your Body" Class

This dynamic class is a thoughtfully designed to target your “body blind spots”; areas that are overused, misused, and underused. The class incorporates moves which help to heal damaged muscle, build strength and establish healthy movement patterns. Think of this class as a “tune up for your body and yoga practice.” Denise draws from her knowledge of Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® to prep you for common yoga poses like Down Dog, Triangle, Half Moon as well as deeper poses like Wheel and Handstand. ALL LEVELS CLASS.

Forrest Yoga Advanced

This is an advanced class.  Based on the teachings of Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga classes are carefully sequenced to spread breath throughout the body and remove emotional shielding deep within the muscular system. Learn to work the edges of physical and emotional reactivity and sensations of the body. Poses are held long, flow sequence moves slower, sweat builds as you learn to connect deeply to your core.

GGY Flow (Open)

Join us online via ZOOM for our signature class. Strong, dynamic flow, integrating deep long holds, core conditioning and a vigilant attention to the breath. Mixed level (challenging). After you register you will receive a link to login.
