JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
THE WAY WE PRACTICE YOGA HAS CHANGED DRAMATICALLY
Long gone are the days of packed yoga studios with students spaced mat to mat.
Gone are the days of hands on assists to guide students deeper into a pose.
No more lingering before and after class to talk about yoga and life.
We need connection now more than ever.
Our online community is the next best thing.
In our online classes we see you. Teach directly to you. Offer verbal assists and modifications.
We know everyone’s name. And injury.
Our recorded classes are tailored to meet the needs of our students. We see you struggling with a particular pose— that is the subject of our next video for our library.
And we talk. Before our online classes and after. About yoga. About life.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
WHY JOIN OUR COMMUNITY?
Make a commitment to yourself, your health and well being.
Experience the pleasure and satisfaction from taking care of yourself, working hard at getting stronger and healthier.
Bring routine and structure to your day by starting every day with integrity, gratitude and hope.
Hold yourself accountable and help others be accountable as well.
Be a part of community when connection is so hard to come by.
