Ceremony, Meditation & Intention Setting

Each morning begins with personal practice time to grow the three most essential teaching skills– presence, attunement, and introspection.

Learn how these three skills help you teach with confidence, energetically read the room, and seamlessly modify on the fly so that every student feels seen and cared for.

9:00 AM-12:30 PM
Yoga Class Intensive, Asana Clinic + Hands-On Assisting Refresher

Next, we dive in deep with a 3.5-hour yoga practice designed to advance your practice and get you fully embodied (so you can teach authentically).

With plenty of time to break things down and understand the mechanics, you will get a chance to learn new poses (and all their progressions) and gain the confidence to teach them to your students no matter their level.

Partner up and practice reading energy, seeing bodies, and giving the most healing hands-on assists with real-time, direct feedback so you can master them for good.
