THE YOGA MAT IS THE GREATEST
TRAINING GROUND FOR LIFE

We can’t wait to share our signature online and in-person yoga classes with you.

Heads up, our classes are so much more than mastering the perfect yoga pose.

We treat the mat as a laboratory.  You learn to notice, feel, dig deep, discover what is healing, and then make the most empowering choice you can.

Oh, Can you tell we love what we do?

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Go deep, build strength, get grounded.

Our signature class, inspired by Ana Forrest, includes deep core work, sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, twists, backbends, and inversions.  Learn to build strength, feel inside, and listen to your body. Classes are mixed-level (challenging) and various options are always offered.

Unwind, slow down, get calm.

This class moves slowly with an emphasis on unraveling your tight spots, reducing stress, and downregulating the nervous system.  This class is great for newer students and those working with injuries.

Get back to the basics.

In this class, we return to the basics and break down the poses so you can practice safely and intelligently without being afraid of hurting yourself.  This class is great for newer students and anyone who wants a solid foundation.

Alyssa Leifer

Training? 500-hour Good Ground Yoga Certified, Forrest Yoga Inspired.

Why yoga? It's magic! It was the respite I needed for my type A personality and stressful career. It is the gift that keeps on giving.

What I love about yoga: There is no place like your yoga mat to get very clear and honest with yourself and learn to feel deeply without filter or judgment.

My classes are: Breath and intention-focused. Dynamic. Rewarding.

I’ve learned this valuable nugget: “Yoga is a practice.  It is not something you have to be “good” at.  The mere act of showing up on your mat regularly is life-changing.”

Can't wait to meet you on the mat!
